It is the responsibility of each driver to insure his/her Quarter-
Scale Race car is in total compliance with all applicable QSAC
Rules. This means Safety, General and Technical Specifications
as defined herein. It is important that each competitor
read and understands all of the rules as they apply to safety,
race format, driver-conduct, and technical specifications. Ignorance
of the Rules is not a defense for violation of them. Failure
to comply may result in immediate disqualification, loss of
points for the event and further action as deemed necessary
by QSAC.
